Super fun and colorful shaker card made in heavy card stock base and layered in royal blue heavy card stock that frames a distress ink background in velvety lavender and lilac. A giant ballon sits center fall of the card and is filled with colorful confetti made out of resin. Three “lit” candles sit inside the balloon. The sentiment is die cut and layered in lilac and festive cardstock and sits dimensionally over a strip of lavender and lilac washi tape.
