This is a very elegant winter scene Holidays card. The background of this card has been worked with mixed media extensively starting with the hand inked background in neutral beige and kaki colors. Over this the background was hand stenciled with texture paste and then hand embossed in salvage patina green, mustard seed yellow and gold for a glossy finish using a pines and cones pattern. Above this pine trees have been hand stamped for a dimensional look. The image of a cabin and snowy forest that has been hand stamped and hand colored with distress oxide inks sits dimensionally over the background. The image has been finished with Frosted Laced Stickles for a wintery look. The hand stamped sentiment in tuxedo black sits over a green and black plaid ribbon.
